If I have space, we can move quickly. We'll start with a chemistry call, agree how we want to work together, and go from there. If something's urgent and I have capacity, I'll prioritise getting you started. 

Most of my clients are funded by their organisation – coaching is one of the highest-return investments a business can make in its senior leaders. Some clients self-fund, either because they want it kept separate from work or because they're between roles. Either way, confidentiality is absolute. 

You get session notes after every conversation. If something comes up – a decision you're wrestling with, a situation that's escalated – reach out. I'd rather spend ten minutes on a call than have you sit on it for three weeks. 

It happens. You can either take a further block of sessions at a reduced rate, or continue session-by-session at the standard fee. We'll work out what makes sense for where you are. 

Be honest. Do the thinking between sessions, not just in them. Come prepared to be challenged – the more you put in, the more you'll get back. 

Consulting tells you what to do. Coaching helps you find your own answers. I ask the questions, challenge the thinking, and hold the space – but the decisions are yours.

Completely. What you share stays between us. If your organisation is funding it, I agree reporting boundaries with you before we start – nothing goes back without your explicit say-so.
