The coach guides the coachee towards high performance, offering support and structure throughout the coaching process. The coachee holds accountability for their own growth and progress. If applicable, the coaching sponsor ensures ongoing support, provides feedback, and aligns coaching objectives with organisational goals.

Yes, coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared within or outside sessions remains private. Confidentiality may be breached only in cases of imminent risk of harm to the client or others, or when compelled by a court order.

Coaching is not currently regulated. However, working with an ICF accredited coach ensures adherence to comprehensive training and rigorous ethical standards set by the International Coach Federation.
