I’ve spent 15 years studying what makes leadership teams thrive – and what keeps them stuck.

The patterns. The blind spots. The conversations that never happen.

I got good at naming what no one would say. Untangling what had become knotted. Creating the conditions for breakthrough.

Now I do it for a living. And honestly? I love it.

My background.

I started in fast-paced FTSE 100 retail, where you learn fast or fail faster. Over a decade I rose to senior leadership, then moved into consultancy, working with FTSE 100 boards, PE-backed teams, and public sector clients on transformations that actually landed.

Now I work with leaders who are ready to do the hard work – and want someone in their corner who’ll tell them the truth.
